The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app: open Profile → Help Centre,
pick a category — booking issue, payment / wallet, account, or something else — and send a message.
The ticket is linked to your account, so we can see your bookings and wallet while we look into it.
We read every message and aim to reply within 48 hours.
What we can help with
- Bookings — a slot that didn't confirm, a change of time, or a cancellation.
- Wallet and top-ups — a transfer that hasn't landed in your balance, or a
top-up request still showing as pending.
- Game Rooms — splitting a booking with your squad, invite codes, or a member
who needs removing.
- Your account — your profile, your verified phone number, or notifications.
- Reporting a problem with another player — email us with the room and the
player's name and we will act on it.

- الحجوزات — ميعاد ما اتأكدش، أو تغيير ميعاد، أو إلغاء.
- المحفظة والشحن — تحويل ما وصلش لرصيدك، أو طلب شحن لسه تحت المراجعة.
- أوض اللعبة — تقسيم الحجز على صحابك، أكواد الدعوة، أو عضو محتاج يتشال.
- حسابك — البروفايل، رقم تليفونك المؤكد، أو الإشعارات.
- الإبلاغ عن لاعب — ابعتلنا اسم الأوضة واسم اللاعب وإحنا هنتصرف.
